Youth Work – Beverley

The High Sheriff of the East Riding Mr Patrick Farnsworth and the Trust Director facilitated on behalf of the Trust a seminar at the Memorial Hall, Beverley on 1 October to bring together statutory and voluntary sector youth programmes in the town and surrounding area. The seminar was funded by the Trust after a lack of coordination had been identified following a grant award application.

Following the seminar closer working together has been achieved, a community café has been established and there are plans for a central youth and community facility to be developed.
