Grant applications

The grant application process has been kept very simple with a minimum of paperwork for the applicants.

Telephone the Director, Geoff Ogden, on 01482 334833 and leave a message for him to contact you.

He will require you to inform him verbally of your project objectives, area of benefit, amount required, other funding secured, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, safeguarding children and vulnerable adult policies and drug policies. The Director in all of these areas will provide guidance.

This information can be communicated to the Director via email on ogden@hobson341.karoo.co.uk

The Director will then visit you to discuss the project before preparing his own report for trustees to consider at quarterly meetings.

You will be informed quickly of the outcome.

If the application is successful a cheque will be presented usually with local publicity arranged.

Conditions may be applied for successful applications and the Director will occasionally visit the project.
